Cancellations:
I gladly accept cancellations if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, however please contact me if you have any problems with your purchased piece.

Shipping Damage:
If your piece is damaged during shipping, please let me know within 24 hours of arrival. I package my pieces with utmost care to ensure safe delivery, however possible shipping damage is beyond my control. Should your piece arrive damaged, you will need to provide photographs of the damage so that I can process a claim with the shipping company.
